We insist that our local, state and national leaders defend our Constitutional processes, demand honesty and accountability in government, and protect equal rights for all. Rise Up Frederick is a women-led grassroots organization that connects like-minded people in Frederick County who want to protect our Democracy and our hard-won freedoms. Join our movement today!

Go to the website: 5calls.org . Sign in and select an issue. They provide a suggested script. Go to the phone numbers for your US Senators and Representative. If their office is closed, leave a message. Otherwise wait to speak to a person. You can easily make 3 calls in 3 minutes or less.

Speak up when someone you are with says something that is misinformed or blatant misinformation or not the full story. Now is the time to correct and educate those spreading mistruths. And remind people to keep voting in every election!
